Mesa Verde Grill - Meridian Station

Really bad “Mexican Food”. What they call carne asada is stewed beef but not in a good way like barbacoa. When you put it in a taco the tortilla gets soggy and falls apart. The beans came directly from a can. I don’t think they even added salt. Bartender said she and the kitchen were slammed but the bar and restaurant was only half full. Drinks were ok.DEN can we please get better restaurants in the A terminal?????

Management please read this message. On more than one occasion, during a pickup order for a breakfast burrito, the man working the pickup zone has been visibly upset that I did not leave a tip on the order even though all he did was hand me the burrito off the shelf behind him. To make matters worse, he makes an effort to look at the receipt before handing it to you to validate whether or not he received a tip. Not only is the uncomfortable but should be investigated as it is the most egregiously poor customer service I’ve ever seen at a pickup restaurant. Unacceptable!!

Went to Mesa Verde before our flight. Food was very good, fresh and hot. Price was quite reasonable too. Venue is a bit out of the way in that it is a floor above main part of the terminal but no bother, there is an elevator. Had to give this place however a big ding because of the terrible service. We had Morgan S. serving us. Absolutely no personality. So hello, no welcome to the restaurant. She seemed annoyed that we took a little time to decide what to order. Once our food arrived, she placed it on the table with no comment and left. Never came back to ask how the food was. When it came time to pay the bill, we were gracious and gave her 15% tip (the standard, although she deserved like nothing). She looked at the machine and scoffed then turned away and left. No thank-you, have a good day or anything. Please manager, get some better staff. Really.

The worst service.server had to be told to bring silverware.my son didn't get diet coke until I ask again. I ask another sever. For the pop she said I am not your server the when bill came finally he charged for 2 pops.i asked for a container 20 min later. He asked if I still wanted one. For the cost of our orderI should have gone to a fast food.

Had a steak salad, tasty and good size. Service people were fine but slow. Don't know if it was a shortage or what. It's an airport,
