Hop Alley - Meridian Station

Great experience! Sat at the counter in the back by the bar and it felt like we got special attention and were able to chat with staff for a little bit. They gave lots of great recommendations on both food and drinks. The shrimp toast and Beijing duck wrap came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Also loved the mushroom fried rice and pork belly, and ended with the Hong Kong egg waffle. A great meal! Will come back to try out their special counter tasting menu.

I was lucky enough to stumble upon an open seat at the chefs counter. It was amazing food, conversation, recommendations, drinks, everything.

I was so excited to try Hop Alley and it did not disappoint. The vibe was so welcoming and trendy, George was our waiter and he was excellent, and of course the food was an absolute pleasure to eat. Don’t sleep on the Cumin Lamb buns which are super yummy, I loved the Gai Lain as well but truly enjoyed every bite. Well done Hop Alley and thank you for a delicious meal!
