Hillstone - Meridian Station

Hillstone always does a great job. Food is great especially the ribs. Also the chocolate sundae is a must. The serves are always amazing and make me and my wife feel welcomed. Always busy so recommend reservations but highly recommend.

Always love this place but it’s lost a little of its luster over the last few years. Food is still good. Service isn’t up to the Hillstone of old. Less friendly, less speedy and prices have gone way up. Will always be back because of the consistent food but may not go as often anymore.

Simply our favorite restaurant. They Treat you with best in class service without feeling pretentious or stuffy. It can be casual yet date night or special occasion all in one. The food and drinks are both perfection. Go to items are Coconut Shrimp roll, grilled artichokes (in season), Chicken Sandwich and Cajun Trout! For special occasions, the Hawaiian Ribeye with a side Kale Salad. As you can tell, you can’t miss with any items on the menu, just look at my pictures!

My first time here. I ordered a salad but my colleagues ordered a French dip. Now I want to go back and try that!! With a house salad!!

Good food good service with a cozy mellow vibe. I just wasn't impressed with the sushi... but other items on the menu were good. Ice cream dessert is great!
