Carboy Winery Denver - Meridian Station

I loved this winery. Be sure to take advantage of the happy hour which as far as I could tell was on everyday from 3-6pm. For $30 we received a bottle of wine and a charcuterie board which was delicious. The sunny day made it better where we were able to sit outside but what made it even better was seeing all the dogs walking past or sitting with their owners. They seem to be dog friendly plus there's a park right across the road. I'd definitely love to come back again andwould be recommending it to friends to go too. Social distancing is enforced which is also awesome to see!

Happy Hour Happy H.B.! The daily HH from 3-6pm is one of my favorites in the Cap Hill area. Sharing the $30 bottle and board special with friends is a lovely way to enjoy an evening. We tried the Andre the Giant board and house red wine. Divine!! It?s quite large inside with lots of seating. Street parking can be tricky, but manageable. Cheers!

I've quickly grown to love this place. The best part is the staff; they are always so kind, attentive, and fun. The wines are quite good too. If I had to critique anything I might suggest adding a few more vegetarian or vegan options to the menu, but very few restaurants make the grade there (and the food at Carboy has never disappointed). We recently chose Carboys to host a surprise birthday dinner for my mom's 60th and everyone who attended the dinner had only good things to say about the food, the space, and ESPECIALLY the service. From the time we reached out to them to check on their availability for hosting a private dinner, Caitlin (the events manager) went out of her way to make the evening a massive success. By offering the use of their semi-private reception space (all private rooms for booked forthe evening) to accommodate our group of 25 for a seated dinner, adjusting the menu to our preferences and needs, and transforming the space for a magical evening, her commitment to making our event special did not go unnoticed. My mom hasnot stopped gushing how kind and attentive the servers were and how taken care of she felt. I would absolutely recommend Carboys for your next event and I hope to visit myself for a drink and a bite soon.

One of your new favorite neighborhood spots! Love the Red Rocker cheeseboard and this French onion soup was the best I?ve ever had. Not to mention tasty good-quality wines, and amazing service. It?s my new go-to!
