Blue Bonnet - Meridian Station

Blue Bonnet is a great place to catch some good Mexican food for a decent price. They offer happy hour drinks but nothing for food though. The menu has been cut down since COVID stressed the restaurant business. The service is average as the servers tend to just take their time and it seems as if they're spread thinner than they really are. They still have a bus staff, which is not the norm. Most places make the servers bus their tables, but not here. You can always get parking a table!

We met friends from Phoenix here for dinner. It's been many years since we've eaten here. The food was excellent! The servers were helpful and friendly and the staff were kind about allowing us to linger to talk. I highly recommend this place for food and ambiance.

Solid Tex-Mex place! Steak burritos with guac were really proper and their chips salsa were one of the best I’ve ever had! We went there to celebrate Cinco de mayo with friends and really enjoyed it. Our waitress was very accommodating as well. We will be back

We had a group of 5. Everyone really enjoyed their meal.

Our server seemed less than happy. Also my companion asked for black beans instead of refried and didn't get them.
