Dunkin' - Meriden

I wish I knew the names of people working, they were all phenomenal, but 2 stood hard with a positive attitude to make sure everyone was taken care of! a woman was also so well trained and manages all. I only felt that I had to leave a review because they were busy (to the door, moving as fast as possible) and that was wrapped around the building. this is a great crew you work here, you should be proud!

Gave us coffee even though we ordered tea and the cup said tea. Hot chocolate was just water. Sandwiches were ok and service was fast.

This is one of my favorite, 24hrs Dunkin Donuts around, this facility is always clean, all the times I’ve been there their customer service is outstanding, up to now, coffee has been fresh. No burnt taste, do recommend this one.

They manage their Staff They do expect alot from their employees and their more than willing to give it.I I really wish as a franchise they woukd allow their customers the right to tip Your cook, Server, Barista . Customer Service People are in the Hospitality Industry and its very Nirmal and expected to tip.It a great morale booster and it makes Connecticut more affordable.Please Owners, Folks, Reconsider. I’ve seen episodes of Hell‘s kitchen less intense than being in this Dunkin’ Donuts at 11:15 AM on a Sunday. That said, my order was fine.
