Contribuiți la feedbackWe visited the grill 271 after about 1.5 years. the place has everything. the decor, the style, the menu, but still missing something to guarantee city prices. we enjoyed our eating, but it all came together to start and tons. our Spanish is limited. but we had no idea what the server said. we smiled and ate, they think we were the only people there. the service should be reflective for the environment. that could have been the problem. we are full and we will wait another year before we go back.
My man and I had dinner with friends at the 271 grill. we agreed to eat there with our friends who had been there about 2 weeks earlier and very recommended the food she had Arracherra-rock steak) as well as the attentive service....But our experience turned out to be the opposite of this special evening. at first our waiter mario was very brutal and impatient. he has often left little or no time to answer or speak. we ate outside on their covered terrace, which was pleasant enough, but it was a loud loud speaker about our table ring music, so it was difficult to keep a conversation. we asked our waiter to turn the music down. he said it was impossible to do that because music was for the whole restaurant. he went with our drink order. after his return we demanded that the music be switched off again. he went, but another man came and asked us if we needed help. we asked to lower the music without asking more. my man ordered the filet mignon that was very good. side like fries and parika potatoes were very good, but are an additional fee 85 pesos per serving). my Cesar salad was fair; full size romain salat leaves spread on a teller with dressing .crossness of salat wanted). but most disappointing was the rock steak, the fibery white fiber was) hard, and not tasty. our friends said that at their last visit her flankensteak was tender and tasty. with our waiter we have addressed the question of meat quality; he said he would let the cook know. When he came back with our bill, we asked if we had spoken to the cook. his answer was flankensteak is a low quality meat. our friends asked if they could get at least one discount on their meal, as most of their steaks were not edible. he said would see what he could do and the restaurant agreed to give a 10% discount. as a little bit of pardon when we leave the restaurant through the main kitchen room, it smells strongly from channel. In summary: the 271 grill lacks the consistency in its service and eat; about all an unpleasant culinary experience. the meal was expensive, which does not matter to me when the quality is in all aspects of the restaurant equipment ambiente, gracious service and quality kitchen)
A wonderful new restaurant. well furnished. great menu. we had the filet mignon and it was a big part. the sides were delicious. the drinks are excellent. the service attentive. not to miss.
We revisited Grill after about years. The place has it all.. the decor, the style, the menu but still lacks something to warrant city prices. We did enjoyed our food, but, it all came out together starters and mains... our Spanish is limited...but we had no idea what the server was saying. We smiled and ate, mind you we were the only people there. The service Should be reflective of the environment. That could of been the issue. We Left full and we will wait another year before we go back.
My husband and I had dinner at the grill along with friends. We agreed to have dinner there with our friends who had been there about weeks earlier and highly recommended the food (they had arracherra-skirt steak) as well as the attentive service....However our experience turned out to be quite the opposite on this particular evening. First of all our waiter Mario, Z. was very brusque and impatient. He often left little or no time to respond or talked over us. We ate outside on their covered patio which was pleasant enough but the was a loud speaker over our table blaring music so it was difficult to hold a conversation. We asked our waiter to please turn the music down. He said it was impossible to do that as music was for the whole restaurant. He left with our drink order. Upon his return we again requested to have the music turned down. He left but another restaurant employee came and asked us if we needed help. We requested that the music be lowered she did so without any further questions. My husband ordered the filet mignon which was very good. Sides such as french fries and parika potatoes were very good but are were an extra charge pesos per portion). My Cesar salad was fair; (full size Romain lettuce leaves spread out on a plate with dressing ...crispness of the lettuce was wanting). But most disappointing was the skirt steak which was fibrous white fiber) tough, and not tasty. Our friends said that at their last visit their flank steak was tender and delicious. We brought up the issue of the meat quality with our waiter; he said he would let the cook know. When he came back with our bill we asked if had spoken to the cook. His response was flank steak is a lower quality meat Our friends asked if they could at least get a discount on their meal as most of their steak was not edible. He said would see what he could do and the restaurant did agree to give a discount. As little grace note when we exited the restaurant through the main dining room it smelled strongly of sewer. In summary; the grill lacks consistency in their service and food; over all an unpleasant dining experience. The meal was pricey which I do not mind if the quality is there in all aspects of the dining establishment (ambiance, gracious service, and quality cuisine)
