Unbelievable! You would think that with the multiple price increases, they would have enough money to fix their a/c! Upper management needs to fix this ASAP! I stopped by for lunch today and noticed that the employee taking my order had visible sweat droplets coming down their face. I ask if they were okay and they said their back a/c unit hasn't been working for days. I couldn't believe it! In a HEAT WAVE? ! In 100 degree weather?1 It must be hotter back there with the added heat from the fryers! Upper Management/ Owner DO BETTER! Take care of your employees!

Upper management needs to fix this now!! I went through the drive thru at this location today and the poor workers in the back were so hot you could visibly see it. I made a comment about how hot it has been outside and was told that they actually have no AC in the back right now.... WHAT?! That is unacceptable and the workers there deserve better. It is upwards of 100 degrees this week!! RIDICULOUS

Pickup order line is not separated with the in-store one. You need to wait in line even when your pickup order is ready.

Kylie, the cashier, was WONDERFUL! Very helpful, sweet and respectful. She helped me 72 pieces of chicken nuggets for my daughters tennis team!!! KFC is lucky to have Kylie as a team member!!! Thank you Kylie!!!

Ordered a 5 pice strip meal. Mashed potatoes and gravy were tasteless, my pepsi was not carbonated and my strips were old, I can tell, I ve worked in food service all my life and also serv safe certified. They just lost my business
