The chicken is straightforward, and the fries taste like they've come straight from the freezer. If you're in the mood for a chicken breast dish, I would choose this place over St. Hubert. The chicken is tender and juicy.

Delicious chicken, wings, poutine, salads, and drinks! The prices are reasonable and worth every penny!

The food is great, the service is quick, and the staff provides service that meets expectations.

It's sad to see that over the past couple of months, there are more negative reviews than positive. I order here all the time because we live in the area and my husband cannot eat at many places because he has celiac. Here are the issues we've beennoticing lately. 1 I always have to call to place an order to confirm that I want rice, not fries AND no bread (I orderedonline once and did manage to find a section to write comments and they still provided the bread found on the chicken. Myhusband is celiac; he cannot eat the bread! When I called to complain, the manager wasn't empathetic whatsoever and admittedthey don't look at the comments section. It's such a waste of time calling in because it takes longer than ordering online, butsince they don't read their comments, I have no choice) 2 When I call, the girls on the phone are sometimes rude. Naturally thestaff rotates, and I get you can be short staffed, but there is no need to be rude. I am not rude with you! 3 When I call tocomplain because of a mistake, sometimes they tell me the manager cannot speak to me because they are too busy and will call meback the next day. They don't call back the next day... this has happened more than once. 4 Constant mistakes always forgetto switch the fries to rice (although this past month they have gotten better because they added a note in my file because Iconstantly called to complain). Either way, I ordered a salad last night with ranch, but I got balsamic vinegar instead when itis clearly indicated on the bill the right order. When they first opened, they were on the ball! The food is good, and since wedon't have many options in the area, we will continue to order here for now, but the service has definitely gotten worse andpeople should be aware that they will most likely get it wrong than right. Final comment about Benny&Co in general: it sucksthat the fries are cooked WITH other gluten items. Don't advertise that they are gluten free on your website F
