Contribuiți la feedbackAte lunch with the family (Feb 2023). After eating lunch, our daughter was not feeling well and needed to take a nap. We grabbed one of the available sunchairs so that she could rest. Shortly after we were yelled at by the restaurant owner for moving an available sunchair a few feet over to our table. Instead of listening that our daughter was not feeling well, she just yelled at us and demanded to move the chair back. When we asked for the bill, she charged us €10 for having occupied a sunchair that is otherwise free of charge. This person should definitely not be any customer service business!
Beautiful views but way too expensive for horrible food. Microwaved crepe(1) for 8€, chemical hamburger for 15€ and so on... Stay away!
The view from this place is gigantic and stunning and lovely and it is a great place to take a break while you are up there in the mountains. The staff is really nice and the food is good, especially because they do serve local specialities like Spinatspätzle. The only downside was that when I went the waitress got confused and served my food to the table next to us and that considerate customer even though he ordered something else was delighted to have something to distract his kid with. The waitress did not notice, then got confused as to where my food went and informed me that they were mysteriously all out of what I ordered (misunderstanding the chef who just didn't have another dish ready). It took a while to sort it all out and my friend had finished his food long before my spare food arrived. Once it did, it was good and I did enjoy my stay there.
