Zarletti Mequon

We come back to Zarletti-Mequon on a pretty regular basis and have never been disappointed in either the food or service. They have an excellent (though a bit pricey) wine selection. We're just back from a trip to Northern Italy and last night brought back pleasant memories of the food there.

2 people seated at a high top. One cocktail delivered, second cocktail wasn't made and not delivered for an extended period. Two half salads and two pizzas ordered. One salad and pizza arrive within minutes of order. Had to wave down waiter, explains he didn't put in other salad and pizza order so they'd arrive together. Made no sense. Tried to cancel 2nd salad, waiter comps it and delivers it to go, other pizza arrives and he comps that as well. While he did right by us, the entire experience was unacceptable for what would have been a $90+ dinner. First time back since pandemic, service has not improved. Food is good.

Wonderful service and decent food. It would be nice to have more plant-based options and less olive oil (we had two dishes that were swimming in it). Bruschetta and wine were superb.

Beautiful resturant with very tasty food and cocktails. I was there for a presentation upstairs. I would return for a meal.The only flaw was that clearing plates was seriously lacking. Someone came to take my husband's appetizer plate but left mine which was also pushed forward next to it and empty). The dinner plates littered the table for 45 minutes as well as people put them in empty spaces anywhere they could.Thank you for a beautiful meal, 5 stars for that.

Food was delicious, especially the burrata and the lamb ragu special. We were celebrating a family birthday and the staff went out of their way to make her feel special. Thanks to our server Joe B.
