Five Guys - Mentor

Update... This continues to be one of the most unprofessional locations anywhere. Today I was argued with by mr arrogant the manager who fixed drink machines without testing them, then seems upset at me for some reason. I demanded my money back (after 20 minutes of them trying to fix the machine) and Mr arrogant decided that in exchange for my money back I had to hear everything I did wrong... including telling him that i was unprofessional to tell me I was wrong. The food is good, but you have to decide for yourself if years of unprofessional employees in the way they treat customers is enough of a counter to the decent food. At the moment it isn 't, and I will not be back...at least for a while. Maybe Mr arrogant will be gone and they will hire another unprofessional employee (they refused to tell me the managers name... so Mr Arrogant is all I have to call him)... much like the browns... if the employees keep failing, then it is likely ownership.

Staff was great, restaurant was clean, we took our food to go and it was so good! When in doubt-add grilled jalapeños !

One of the things I appreciate about this restaurant is the music is not loud like it used to be and like it is in other five guys. Now getting to the food my sandwich was cooked exactly like I wanted with all of the items I wanted on it nothing more. The fries could have been cooked a little bit longer but I'm a little picky that I want well done fries so take it for what it's worth. Giovanni who took my order was extremely nice and helpful and even smiled which many people don't anymore so I think he should deserve a pat on the back. The restaurant was clean and I would go back there again when I'm in Mentor, Ohio.

Best Fast food burger around. Amazing food no matter what you order you will be left satisfied.

Hands down the best burger I've had. Out of all the Five Guys I've been too, this one is definitely the best. Friendly staff, clean, and the food is delicious as always!
