When I approached the window, I asked why the outside lights were off, and the young employee said there was no switch to turn them on. I then mentioned that I had called three times, and I wondered if she had heard the phone ring. She replied that she hadn’t but suggested that the ringer might be turned off. When I asked if I should have left a message, I pointed out that the phone prompt didn't even identify the place as Dairy Queen, so I had no way of knowing. I inquired about the manager, and she informed me that she was in charge. It’s disappointing to see that the owner seems unconcerned about the state of this restaurant, as it appears to be heading towards failure. This isn't the first time I’ve voiced my complaints, but it seems that my concerns have gone unheard.

I ordered five items from the drive-thru, but they didn't even include a complete item in the bag. The meat patties on my double cheeseburger were so cold that the cheese didn't melt at all. I'm not even sure if they were cooked! Dairy Queen is usually one of our favorites, but I don't think we'll be returning to this location.

The tripelburger was fantastic—much better than what you typically get from a fast-food burger. The size of the burger was just right; I ordered a three-layer burger and it definitely exceeded my expectations. This is why the fries didn’t come back as frequently!

Want through drive through today and we bought 2 double cheeseburgers and they were extremely dry and tasted old. We ended up throwing them away. We hope we don't get sick.

Poor service....its hard to mess up ice cream, but somehow they manage EVERY TIME we go here
