Dibella's Subs - Mentor

I'm not sure how hard it is to make a sandwich but hot ham is not salami. I'm tired of increasing prices and not getting what I ordered/completely wrong orders. The problem is the workers aren't paid enough to care. Which I honestly don't blame them with these piss poor wages in 2024.

Better than Subway. The price for food was reasonable.

Sub was not good. No flavor. Wont be back. Quote on cup says best sub you will ever have. FAR FROM

Very good subs and very nice interior! The 50s theming inside is adorable.The employees are quick and very good listeners! Never waited longer than 10 minutes for a sub to be ready, even when busy.The menu is clear and easy to read and you have a variety of choices. And the subs themselves are delicious! Make sure to get a pickle spear. Vegetarian options: Make-your-own sub available to create an entirely vegetarian/vegan sub. Salads too.

We had a cowboy. A blt and a tuna. All were fresh and delicious. We talked with all the workers as well as the manager. There was an issue with one sandwich that was a misunderstanding of the type of sandwich. The manager jumped in and made a fresh sandwich and was very pleasant and professional as well as all the staff.
