Ordered the Mexican pizza shell part tasted burnt for the money I spent it was poor quality

The one by the mall is only one who doesn't mess up

I used to consider this the best Taco Bell in Springfield. This is no longer the case. Every time I go, my order is wrong and the service is slow, even with no one ahead of me in line. I’m really puzzled as to how my food is always made wrong when they’re taking so long to make it. I’m a vegetarian and always swap meat for black beans. I’ve been given steak and beef instead on multiple occasions. When I order items without sour cream, they come slathered in it. If you’re someone who needs/wants to make changes to your food (allergies or dietary restrictions), I would pass because they will do the complete opposite of what you’re asking for and take forever to do it.

Was disappointed today. Picked this location because it is usually really good. Food tasted fine but they didn't give me all the sauce packets I asked for and no it wasn't too much to ask for. I purchased 5 items asked for 4 packets and got three. My sour cream was on the bottom of my burrito. Ordered extra meat on the Mexican Pizza and I am not sure it had a full 1 helping of meat. Ordered 2 Pizzas and only got 1 fork. Store was clean and they did acknowledge my entrance. Not the greatest visit but won't be my last.

The absolute slowest customer service through the drive thru. Takes a unreasonable amount of time.
