Contribuiți la feedbackOrdered for pick up and it took 25 min before the staff addressed us to pick up our “ready” order. Get home and part of the order is missing. No one answered the phone when called. It was an almost two hours between ordering and eating.
My sister ordered wings from y'all and she only got carrots, fries and ranch. How tf yall wingstop but only deliver sides? When she called, she was told the wings would be ready when she would arrive. SIKE, they had her waiting for over 30 minutes and had to wait till the manager got off of their break to make her order. Yall’s food is good, but the service needs to get it together. This is not our first experience with having trouble with your service.
3rd time placing an order online all 3 times they messed up my order. Decided to finally call and speak up and they hung up on me after explaining myself to them
I don’t know who was working tonight on January 14th, 2024 but my food was so fresh and delicious. I ordered through DoorDash: Seasoned to perfection also! ?
January 3rd i ordered for pickup from the 30024 Haun Rd STE 150 Menifee, California Wingstop. I sat there for my order and seen that i was being side eyed by one of the workers. This already making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I see that when other people come in to pick up that they were given there food just by confirming there name . When my name is called up, i say yes that’s me . He sees my name on the bag confirming it was me.The employee then reaches towards the bag and pulls it away from me . He then askes what’s the last name . I tell him it and he askes “what did you order “ “how much was it “ “how many wings did you get” . Mind you, he never questioned anyone else in the store picking up there order . Leaving the store he says “ thought you were gonna get free food huh”. this was a horrible experience.
