Stater Bros. Markets - Menifee

I always go to this stater bros and i always have good vibes here....well thats in the morning were everybody is welcoming and helpful...but yesterday i came here with my wife and kids because they were craving for fried chicken...my beef is when we ordered my wife asked the lady who was helping us if they fry their chicken in peanut oil because our son has a bad allergic reaction to peanut oil so ee ask everyone wherever we go...so when my wife asked this lady she looked so irritated like we wasting her time...she gave us a dirty look and was like you know what ask the managers i dont know...im thinking to myself **** you back there cooking you gotta know...even my daughter knew she was irritated even the customer next to us even gave her a dirty look like damn!!! Whats her problem...she probably pissed because she wants to get off work and all of us just wasting her time...like i said good place in the morning but evening time font get hot food or you will get the wrath of the chicken lady...anyways chicken was whack like her attitude....maybe next time ill just fry my own chicken...oh also she was lazy to look for chicken wings in the pile of cooked chicken ......

Just want to say this stater bros gets 5 stars because the Manager Ruben! This is an absolutely great manager! He is always so helpful to me! Even when my wife goes he treats her and kids so well! I always see him greeting customers and working hard! Not to mention that if they ever sell out of a product he takes initiative and will call the nearby stater bros to see if they have the product for us! Thanks Ruben M for always going above and beyond for my family! We appreciate the you and how well you run your store!

I received the rudest customer service through one of the staff members. Don't exactly remember what she looked like but I did get a glimpse of her name tag. Kennedy it was. To start off, I walk in the store see her pushing some carts and she rudely gives me a dirty look. As she is pushing the carts, she stubs over my foot without realizing. The sorry I received from her wasn't very sincere either. I just keep doing me, I see her bagging and next up in line is me. Rudely and messily places my groceries with no effort. Overall very rude staff member. Should be dealt with. This led me to no longer want to shop at this specific store. Personally, to keep customers wanting to come a staff is everything and if they don't give customers a welcoming experience they should be fired.

Clean place good prices and fresh food very nice people all the employees . I been going there for years. Many good brands also organic food.

I go to Staters all the time. Most of the time solid. I 'm at Staters today and they say now to get alcohol out of the liquor cabinet I have to wait in line and then be escorted to the liquor cabinet to show them what I want. Punk kid worker wouldn 't even grab me something while he was there instead punking me and talking to me like im a criminal. Was buying 4 bottles of Don Julio, 3 bottles of Cazadores, and I get treated like a criminal. Screw you and these punk kids and the manager lady who wouldn 't even listen. I 've been getting liquor from grocery stores for years even though it makes you feel subhuman. Jim to the liquor cabinet . Treat your customers better. Ralphs is bad enough but I 'm going there anyways cause they 're at least nice to me. Punk ass kids dont treat anyone with respect.
