Krispy Kreme Doughnuts - Menifee

I received 12 free original glazed donuts as my birthday gift. All I had to do was download the app, select the offer, and show the coupon. I am so thrilled! I'll be enjoying donuts for the next few days starting tomorrow.

I am giving this Krispy Kreme location a one-star rating due to the disrespectful treatment I received from employee Brooke. On Veterans Day, I went in to receive a complimentary donut and coffee but was completely ignored by Brooke while she immediately helped an elderly white couple who arrived after me. I was shocked and felt racially discriminated against as a black man who served in the military for 20 years. This incident occurred on November 11, 2022 at around 5pm at the Krispy Kreme on Haun Rd. Love should be expressed, not hate.

I really enjoyed the hot chocolate at this restaurant, it was well made. The Original Donut was also good. However, I was disappointed to find that many of the other donuts were not fresh, as they appeared to have been made off site a day or two ago. Additionally, there were no plain cake or Boston cream products available. As a donut enthusiast of 65 years, I can easily determine whether a donut is fresh or not, and unfortunately, these did not meet my expectations.

Came in to buy two dozen donuts this morning. Got a hello, then stood for 4 minutes as the only customer in the store. Ignored. After a bit one of the 4 employees turned and looked at me but made no effort to assist. So I place my money back in my pocket, shrugged and walked out. I suppose there are other places where I can spend my money in the future. Just wondering how the owner makes money when only the lowest common denominator works in his building.

Was so excited to get WARM donuts on a Sunday afternoon but that was not the case this time. The first girl I talked to at the drive thru, I assume got an attitude about my order and switched to someone else. I was wanting to order an assorted box of dozen. Didn?t think it was too difficult but I guess so. That should?ve been my first warning. I finally get my order and I get a COLD box of donuts. I ordered 4 chocolate bars and got 2 actual bars and the other 2 look like mistakes. My sugar donuts were absolutely disgusting and my original were old. Definitely wasted my money and will not be returning.
