BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse - Menifee

The service was terrible and my husband didn’t get the sandwich he ordered at first and then they brought him the correct one. My burger wasn’t good and I didn’t eat much of it. There was also a dog at the table next to us. It was not a service dog and was a small dog that was sitting close to the table and nothing was said or done. That is just unacceptable. Very disappointed with my experience. It was one of our favorite places and now I’m not sure I’ll be back.

Tonight BJs let me down. The server was clearly over worked with too many tables. We were not given napkins or silverware. We asked for napkins and were given brown ripped off sheets of paper towels as from the restroom. I had no fork to eat a Salad with. My soup when it came was cold. We waited so long for the food I didn’t bother complaining or sending it back. The food service even though the waiter tried he could not keep up. All and all service and food quality has really gone down at BJs.

Food took very long. Seemed like they were very short staffed.

The food and service were excellent. We went for the happy hour appetizers and $7 deep dish minis and they didn’t disappoint!

Idk if you’ve ever been to BJ’s but it’s a vibe! Probably my favorite place to go for date nights. Pazookie in all the flavors is always a good move. This place is a hidden gem too. Prime dinner time this place was open for plenty to come by and have a good time. But that’s probably why our service was so good!
