Hit or miss some days, but overall a pleasant experience

Waited for a long time for our food despite the place being mostly empty. When food arrived my riblets were barely warm, fries were hot though, and another person at the table said their food was barely warm. When bringing the food out initially they asked if we wanted to order a second helping (had the all you can eat) and they said “they take a while to cook…not sure why the took so long to come out barely warm. Checking some of the reviews seems good temp is a common complaint….i think they need to seriously inspect this kitchen for their practices and maybe retrain cooking crew and procedures

Located on Newport Rd Haun Rd near the 215 FWY with plenty of parking. We have been coming to this location for many years now and have always been happy with the service here. Their prices remain very reasonable. We stopped for dinner this Saturday evening at about 8:30 pm and were seated immediately. Today, I ordered their '8oz Sirloin Steak ', and it tasted great. Shout out to our server, Miguel, who was extremely attentive and helpful with the menu. The restaurant is clean and organized, with a full bar and plenty of TVs throughout the restaurant showing live sports. This location never disappoints. We 'll definitely return.
