Don't be put off by how this restaurant appears from the outside. Once through the door everything becomes clear as to why it is number 1 in the area. Spotlessly clean and the kitchen on clear display, we turned up without a booking and although there was nobody in the restaurant (it was 6.30pm) there was some discussion about availability. I thought this was just a ruse in trying to persuade us about being busy. However, we were given a table and it quickly became clear that we had been very lucky. Within the hour the restaurant was full to the rafters and people were turned away. The food (all local produce) was delicious especially the truffade which we had never tried before. If you are in the area, this little restaurant needs to figure highly on your agenda but, unlike us, booking may be necessary as they really do get busy.

If you have a craving for truffade, this is where it comes into play. But above all, remember to make a reservation because the dishes are so popular that it quickly fills up. Whether it's the dish of the day where the products on the menu everything seems delicious and for gourmets we don't know where to turn. And if you don't believe me just look at the entry rewards... I'll be back... Good luck to the team who are very pleasant even in the middle of a rush PS: the aisles between the tables are narrow which can complicate access to chairs and strollers.
