There really are no words for this wonderful and welcoming place, you feel at home, with unparalleled cuisine, the owner, his wife and the staff are truly extraordinary people

Excellent selection of traditional dishes and the Bundi portion was highly appreciated, generous and tasty!

Evening spent with colleagues. As soon as we sat down we informed the waiter that the number of people was lower than the established number. Consequently the waiter informs us that the kitchen closes at 8.30pm. The classic grotto dishes arrive (polenta, braised mushrooms etc. and so far so good except for the portions which were practically smaller than the people present. Two sliced meats... bread not even with binoculars and two pickles. Not to mention the meats... they seemed to have been reheated for days! In conclusion we were more or less all sick with stomachs without digesting. Absolutely avoid!

Best grotto we have ever visited. the polenta with melted cheese and to it canna is a tight. I'm sure we'll be back by the next time we're in the tessin. grazie e arrivederci
