A Jewel of a place found! as november 2012 everything is vegan and usually organic. very tasty eating, served by them owners. hearty to their nutrition choice is based not only on arome and colors, but also on principles updated from the previous review on 2012-11-17

The bowl always offers varied food, it will never eat the same twice. they have buffet and an à la carte menu as well. the place is super nice and the food is very rich!

Absolutely delicious- many options and the buffet love!

I love this place. Legit close to the earth food for the soul. I have visited many vegetarian buffets in Mendoza and though they are all good (mostly all good). Cuenco shines above the rest. I try and eat here as much as possible when I'm in town. Bring your own to go container and avoid the plastic take out box. When they have baba ganoush I buy it to go with there great whole grain bread. Super warm people staff the place.

A small quite chic restaurant just a few minutes walk from the center mendozas! to my question after the menu was immediately insured that all dishes are 100% vegan and overall I have paid for appetizer, general dish dessert total not even converted 9€ (560$ ars)! Moreover, the restaurant also offers a huge culinary buffet from which you can eat well balanced also comfortably with to take home. this is really recommended to any vegan lover!
