The service at this restaurant is excellent! It is managed by a young, dedicated team. Fletcher provided exceptional service - he was efficient and very helpful.
This restaurant offers excellent bang for your buck. The staff, especially Fletcher at the front desk, are very welcoming and attentive to customers.
Well can’t even rate the food because they took our money but claim they never got the order. After an hour we called trying to figure out what was going on. We were greeted by the most unprofessional and unenthusiastic person on the phone. No “welcome to dominoes”, just hello. After confirming that we have in fact reached Dominos, my partner explained the situation. He was put on hold with out warning and then a “we don’t have an order so. Yeah” ok but you’ve taken our money? Gets put on hold again with no warning, he asks us for the address again. Says there’s no order so too bad. Take it up with head office Not once did he offer to take an order so we could actually get dinner Not once did he apologies for an error that was obviously at their end Not once did he try to empathise with the situation and he even laughed at my partner when he tried to get his name to take it to head office As the new franchisees of the once already defunct Dominos Menai you are definitely off to a poor start. So KY (if that was really your name) I hope to god you aren’t the actual franchise owner because your customer service level is less than abysmal. If you are just a general employee, you are honestly a joke of a representation for that brand. I do hope for your sake that it was a one off incident. We have, as per your lovely and only suggestion to palm us off, to head office to not only get our money back but to provide some really important feedback as to how this business is representing the dominoes name. Good luck to whoever orders here, make sure you pay by PayPal so you can dispute the charges when you order doesn’t turn up.
Gosh, where do I start? Well, we decided to have pizza as there was a sign near our local Dominos stating that it was Customer Appreciation Week. I went on the website and ordered the same as I have had before. Long story short when the order arrived my pizza was wrong. I then tried to call the local store to tell them but it took 3 attempts to do this as there is a voice recognition system which hangs up on you if they can’t understand. I’m not sure how saying one word “Menai” could be misinterpreted but it was. When I finally got through to the store I spoke to a young lady (and as you will see further on I was very wrong to use that term). I said my pizza was wrong and she argued with me that what I had asked for, wasn’t what was on their computer. I did have an email confirmation to back me up. As I was getting nowhere with her and I had no intention of eating the poor excuse for pizza that they had delivered to me, I asked to speak to a Manager. Please keep in mind that I had been very polite and calm up to this point and continued to be so. When I asked to speak to a Manager she dumped the phone down and said very loudly “she wants to speak to a Manager! F#*k” What a lovely thing to hear. NOT! By this point I felt like going to to the store and throwing the pizza at then, but I kept calm. I then spoke to the Manager who said the same, that I hadn’t ordered pizza sauce ????? but I said again that I had an email confirmation that said differently. I’m sorry but WHO orders pizza with no sauce??? I finally got my pizza but was told again by (I think) the same girl that the guy had left but was lied to as we live about 2 minutes drive from the store, but it was about 10 minutes later when the 2nd pizza arrived. The total order cost me nearly $60. We will NOT BE ordering from Dominos again. EVER. The service was abysmal. To add insult to injury I then had an email welcoming me to Dominos EClub. WTF?
