Wendy's - Memphis

I was trying to figure out how to add a promo to my order via the Wendy 's app and when I pulled up to the window I asked the employee if he could help. He asked me to wait for his manager, the manager walked up to the window and before I could explain anything she (the manager) proceeded to cut me off and say we don 't know nothing about no app, we don 't help with that . I said thank you ma 'am, and pulled away politely. Some people were never taught the special gift to be able to treat everyone with respect no matter race, gender or age. This manager was a prime example of how to make sure a place of business has no return customers.

The pretzel baconator didn't live up to the hype. Slow service too.

Service was fast, friendly, everything in order was correct down to extra sauce. Fast.

The two gentlemen running the drive through today did a great job. One on cashier and the other good service. Fast, courteous and the food was hot. Thank you!
