Subway - Memphis

Sandwich was excellent, but service was a little slow and almost no interaction with the customers.

I asked the lady who works over the sandwiches. she looked at me and then turned to my daughter to help her. I thought maybe she didn't hear me, so I asked my daughter to ask her the same. she answered my daughter every time, but would still be staring at me. my daughter said she noticed. not good business or customer service.

My package was not properly packed and when I opened it just fell over the place. I was not satisfied with the customer service.

This location is my go-to lunch spot. The staff is always friendly and polite. Never had a bad meal here. Currently (9/27/21) the manager has been running the store from open to close by herself. This has been the case for the last couple of weeks. Really hope she gets some good help, because she works very hard to keep the place running its best.
