Steak 'n Shake - Memphis

Great service. The food is hot or miss. Some of the burgers are good and some are not. My children love their milkshakes. I wish they would give more pommes and that they were regular size. A

The food here is always good. This visit to the restaurant was dirty and had a great smell, like dirty mop. Maybe it was just a bad day.

Server was wounded, but he was attentive and friendly. Coffee was lukewarm, burgers were good, but check the Cajun Fritten!! Apparently, she couldn't eat. No manager ever visible. Hit and Miss at this place, still love S

I often went to this place, but it's time to go somewhere else. This is the third time in 4 months that my food was terrible and service was not better. Staff are not very friendly and they are not proud to provide a good customer service. I love the shakes and they were made of the ingredients to make them and said what else you want with posture. At least the Pommes were good... do better guys.

I am sorry to report that this location is not up to standard. I waited in the drive thru after placibg my order. After receiving my meal, I discovered that it was made incorrectly and tge terrible part is that the burger is made of scrap pieces of cold meat. I ordered a tripple and I got a scrap burger. I will make contact with the management team to hopefully get a refund and an explanation of why good food is not served each and every time to every customer without compromise.
