Starbucks - Memphis

I visited this restaurant on my way to the University of Memphis on a Saturday. While the drive-thru was quite busy, the inside appeared to be operating smoothly. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because I noticed a lot of boxes blocking the transaction counter, and there was a backlog of orders at the counter. These issues could have various explanations, but they are worth mentioning for logistical reasons. I ordered a hot beverage and a toasted bagel, both of which I enjoyed. I will definitely return to this location again.

I'm hooked on their citrus tea, and my dog adores the whipped cream cup that Starbucks offers her. This is the only place that provides a treat for pets. Dani waits patiently while I arrange her spot so she can enjoy her delicious treat.

So today was my first time ever visiting a Starbucks location. First time and LAST TIME. I decided to try them today for a strawberry lemonade refresher and was told that it was out. I ask for mango. Out. Peach, out. JUST GIVE ME A CUP OF WATER. ????

I really wish this store could do something about the guy who seems to be there whenever they are open, waiting to bother customers as soon as they pull up to the drive-thru or walk through the door. Anyone who visits this place is likely familiar with him because he's always around. I've seen him harassing the staff on multiple occasions during my visits. I've mostly stopped coming here and switched to a different coffee shop on Highland just to avoid him. However, I tried going back today, and he was right at the drive-thru again, starting a conversation as soon as I arrived, so I ended up just going back home. I've had enough of this store, even though it's right next to my house and I've been a regular for years.

I really love Starbucks, but this location mistakenly gave me 2 brownies instead of the 2 cookies I ordered. Despite that mix-up, I absolutely adore Starbucks, especially their strawberry lemonade refresher! Food rating: 5/5.
