Contribuiți la feedbackThe food was acceptable but the atmosphere outside (in the garden) was amazing. Totally would return each time I'm in Memphis.
Chicken 'nachos for the people ' and mix match sliders were on point ?? great food and excellent staff. I highly recommend this
I didn't get to taste the food here's why! I walk in with my 4 year old daughter and wait for the hostess to seat us as the sign suggest. Multiple employees saw us, acknowledged our presence by looking in our direction, but did not speak or attempt to assist. We waited for 5 minutes before walking out due to lack of customer service. During the wait, I unfortunately had to take it upon myself to ask a customer who was eating nearby if a hostess would come and they said yes but that was not the case with me and my 4 year old child.
Go there for bunch and just keep ordering cheese grits until you either run out of money or your server completely ignores you because a 20% gratuity is automatically added to the bill. But go there and eat the cheese grits, seriously. The cheese grits are really good, don't get distracted by the sliders or the Jamison slushies, they're only a red herring, stay focused because the last thing you want is something other than those cheese grits in your stomach.Good luck
We walked in and walked right back out.We were visiting this area and were hungry, so we decided to make a quick stop. We walked in, and no one acknowledged us. They saw us, looked right at us, but did not welcome us. I looked at one girl on our way to a booth, and she gave me the most serious and mean stare, or maybe she was just having a bad day? We sat at a booth and waited and waited until finally the same girl who couldn 't even muster a smile or a hello or a welcome came up to our table, handed us a few menus all while avoiding eye contact and left. Now, I don 't know if it was because we were minorities (no other black people we could see around) but it was very very uncomfortable and we did not feel welcomed, so we got up and left. On our way out, a lady at the bar looked at us and smiled. We didn 't get one coming in, but we certainly got one on our way out. Message received ??.Maybe it wasn 't discrimanatory at all, maybe they 're just really laid back and very low maintenance kinda bar and grill, maybe it was the time of day, maybe it 's a lack of training, not sure, but whatever it was, no intentions of going back. If you see a family coming in, say welcome in, smile, let them know they can sit anywhere and that you 'll be right with them, it 's basic customer service. I hope they don 't treat everyone like this, and I sure as heck, hope they 're not treating all minorities like this.
