Panera Bread - Memphis

In a dismissive tone, she then said, "Oh, so I guess you don't want the croissant." I had no idea that the previous employee hadn't charged me for it. She didn’t apologize or acknowledge the mistake; instead, she simply told me how much I owed for the croissant. It's not a big deal that it was forgotten, but the attitude was unnecessary and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the only car behind us left because it was taking so long to get our food. I work in healthcare, and even in simple tasks like bringing water to patients, I maintain my professionalism and courtesy. This restaurant could be a great place, but the staff's apparent laziness, rudeness, and lack of enthusiasm really detracted from the experience.

Upon getting home, I opened my Chicken Caesar salad, and it was a complete letdown. There was no chicken, no dressing, no croutons, and no cheese—just lettuce. At this point, I thought my sandwich had to be good; surely, they couldn't have messed up everything I ordered. However, I was mistaken. I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich, but what I received looked more like a grilled cheese. While it technically had some steak, the quantity was minimal. Overall, I feel like I wasted my money, and I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially if you prefer to receive what you actually ordered.

This place has new people. All appearing to be trained in a mediocre fashion, no standard of accountability. It was better in the past. I hope they can get their act together. They have more fun joking and laughing than even remotely treating their guests with common decency.Considering all of this, now you can imagine how the food turned out for my guest and I. Embarrassing.

Well the food was good but I payed 24.00 I paid withing that a chicken ceasar salad and they gave me a regular ceasar salad... That's to much money to be paying and the order wrong... Well anyway all I'm saying is check your food before you leaveFood: 5/5

Amber was fantastic! We had quite a few special requests and she took each one in stride. We go to Panera quite a lot and her customer service was the best we’ve ever received.
