Contribuiți la feedbackA friend of mine asked me to eat at this place. I went against my judgment because o’charley has a reputable name and a brand. I sat on a Saturday night to pick up my Togo order. I asked the host where the pick-up station is, and with her back still turned to me, not knowing that I was even there, told me that it was all the way back. when I looked back to the restaurant because her unclear lead left me with more asking, I asked someone else, and I was finally correctly led into the right direction. once back there a worker smoked directly at the door and I could only smell a stinking zigarette that my mask couldn't even mask. (I waited a few minutes for someone who showed up after 5 minutes and finally did a nice lady. the only employee who showed a note to a decent customer service compared to all others. that was not great. my chicken pliers were extremely dry and they forgot my broccoli side with my two dinners. I could get better service and eat at Chick-fil-A.
Please do not waste your money at this place! Horrible food and service! There were several servers but not a lot of customers so it should have been easy. Order was taken wrong. They brought out our appetizers after the food. The food was bland or just nasty! These cannot be famous chicken tenders! This place should be closed down immediately.
I have ever only been here twice. First time we waited so long for out order to even be taken that we just left. It was about 45m to hour of sitting there. Second time was today. I only even went because we got a gift card for Christmas. Walked in and my family and several other people were waiting. Not a single employee in sight. Finally someone comes over to tell us they aren't doing dine-in until dinner time. The lady who spoke to another customer treated them so rudely that we just decided not to even order to-go. Said there weren't enough servers or something?? There's a reason no one wants to work for y'all. My brother worked there and said they are incredibly rac*st, prejudice, etc. There's a reason you can't keep employees and I highly suggest to the owner or managers to take a soul search and figure out why stuff like this keeps happening before you lose your business. I don't want to come back not even with a gift card.
Horrible experience. Barely any customers yet we had to wait 15minutes to be seated. It was my daughter's birthday and she wanted something from the bar but the bartender was leaving. I wanted to order the Pecan Chicken salad (the main reason I wanted to eat here) but they were out. In point of fact, they were out of a lot of things. The server was nice enough, but the service wasn't great. I recommend going somewhere else.
Placed an order for delivery. Sent wrong items. All food was cold. The shrimp pasta was swimming in so much grease, it was inedible. Paid almost $80 for a horrible meal.
