Despite these issues, the breakfast bowl and biscuit sandwiches are always fresh and delicious. My experiences have been mainly with their breakfast offerings, and I appreciate that the meals are consistently made to order. The staff member on duty in the early hours is usually very polite and takes care to get the order right. However, today there was a delay in opening around 6:40, which was unusual.

I usually have a pretty decent experience at this location. But this morning my debit wasn't returned after the transaction was made. Spent 15 minutes looking for a card that the cashier knows she didn't hand it back to me at 7:20 am

I'm not sure what was happening, but the employee at the window was yelling at another staff member about a woman who wasn't there. It felt unnecessary, and it caused my wait time to be longer than expected. The cashier kept stepping back and forth to discuss the situation with the other employee, which was distracting. While I understand that communication between staff is important, yelling and pausing to address drama with a coworker while customers are waiting is not acceptable. The food was decent, but the experience could definitely have been better.

I saw a sign on the door that said the dining area was open, but the door was locked. When I asked an employee about it, they had a poor attitude and explained that there weren’t enough staff members, which is why the door was locked. If that’s the case, they should take the sign down. It would also be nice if they could be more friendly. Since I wanted to eat there, I ended up leaving. I noticed that a DoorDash driver was also waiting outside.
