Krab Kingz - Memphis

The crab legs were absolutely perfect, and the shrimp was big, plump, and juicy. The sausages were amazing, and the corn on the cob was sweet and tender. The potatoes were also fantastic. Everything was just spectacular, especially the sauce that had me licking my fingers! I even went back for more before leaving to head back to Chattanooga—I just had to! Every time I visit Memphis, you can be sure I’ll be stopping by this place again. Seriously, it’s thriving with business! Parking was great too—plenty of space, which I loved!

My sister and I dined here, and considering the money we spent, we expected a 5-star meal. Unfortunately, the food was quite bland despite the packaging suggesting a different experience. There are many better seafood places to eat in Memphis than Krab Kingz.

Forget the one-star rating... I would give this restaurant a minus zero if I could. I ordered from Krab Kingz for the first time, spending over $90, and the food was the worst I've ever had. This restaurant should really be banned.

I can't speak to the quality of the food, but as a DoorDash driver, I must share my experience with the cashier at this location. She has a truly unpleasant attitude and lacks any semblance of customer service skills. We're not required to provide our names when picking up orders, yet she refused to hand over my customers' food on two separate occasions. The first incident happened while I was on a live call with support, who witnessed the entire conversation. They attempted to reach the store, but it went unanswered. The cashier was somewhat upset, and ultimately, customer support canceled the order and issued a refund to my customer before I left. Today, the situation was similar, though she seemed a bit more subdued. Unfortunately, the outcome was the same: the order was canceled and the store ended up losing money—meanwhile, I still got paid both times. I'm committed to ensuring my customers receive the best service possible, but this location keeps falling short. If this continues, I may have to stop accepting orders from here. I strongly recommend finding a place where customer service is treated as a priority, rather than allowing personal attitudes to get in the way. Wishing everyone safety and blessings!

This restaurant serves delicious seafood with an impressive variety of flavors. The wait time is reasonable, and everything fried is made to order, ensuring each dish arrives hot and fresh. The side dishes are also quite tasty. One of my favorites is the crab pasta; it's truly one of the best meals I've had in the city. While prices are moderate—considering that seafood is typically more expensive than other types of cuisine—they are very reasonable given the quality of the food. I highly recommend checking this place out; you won't be disappointed. The fish, shrimp, and especially the crab are bursting with flavor.
