Interstate Bar-B-Que - Memphis

Stopped in didn?t realize the option to sit down to dine was no longer an option so we ordered our food the only way you can TO-GO or the drive thru. After getting home the bun was so soggy I couldn?t eat it. The bbq was a bit dry for my liking just kinda crumbled into small pieces when I removed the bun. The baked beans potato were really good but the slaw was bland. Not the experience I?m use to from here over the years. Not sure I?d return anytime soon.

Good bar-b-que, efficient service and great pie! All served at a very reasonable price. Worth visiting when you?re in the area.

The last time I ate at Interstate BBQ at the Memphis International Airport a few years ago, it wasn't so great.
