Hook Seafood Wings - Memphis

I love Hook's! I always order the two-piece catfish with the five-piece shrimp. The prices are reasonable, and I'm always satisfied with my food!

I visit this restaurant occasionally, and I have to say that my first experience was quite good. However, my second, third, and fourth visits were disappointing. The fish lacked seasoning, and the fries weren't up to par during those visits. Additionally, the fish was old and undercooked on my last two trips. They need to improve their quality; otherwise, this place may not last long. No offense intended.

I just visited Hooks for the first time today, and I have to say, I’m really disappointed. They’re serving artificial catfish, and I ended up spending $30 for a meal that wasn’t what I expected. The girl at the window told me not to call her “ma'am” because she’s only 15, and I really think she should reconsider working there unless they’re paying her at least $15 an hour to mislead customers who work hard for their money. They’re raking in huge profits off of fake catfish prices. I don’t eat chicken, beef, pork, or poultry, and now it looks like I’ll have to add fish to that list because of dishonest practices like this. All I can say is this experience was a complete letdown!

On today I had a speedy service through the drive thru the lady had great conversation great customer service food fresh and hot the last time I came was last year and this year they are better keep up the great work and service with keeping the customers happy ?

Coming to Hooks on Elvis Presley as been one of the best experiences yet. The food is freshly made and the cashier is extremely nice and caring .Also love her personality and greeting. I enjoy every moment of it and would definitely recommend going .
