Dunkin' - Memphis

Did a mobile order to pick up inside. Took longer than expected. Breakfast sandwiches were good.

I came to this location twice in the same week, I ordered the same drink I get from every Dunkin, an iced coffee with cream/sugar, 4 mocha and 4 French vanilla swirls.The first time I got coffee handed to me the coffee was practically white and I brought it up to the drive thru person, hey this is not the usual color I get handed this coffee and they said that it was correct. Tasted like garbage.The second time was better but still bitter. I brought it up again that time too. The staff don 't care how much flavoring you ordered, and they will cheap you on every pump.If I 'm paying for extra swirl then I better darn well have the flavor of coffee I can get with no problem from dozens of other locations. It 's not difficult, push down on the like one gallon thing of flavoring how every many times it says.

The person that helped us dumped our ice cream order upside down in a bag. She said very little to start with and did not ask if she could help us as a customer that walked in.

Let me start by mentioning the positives. Briana was extremely helpful and polite. The item I had (baskin Robbins single scoop daiquiri ice) was excellent! Now for the negatives....The other lady literally slammed the window in my face while I was talking . She unfortunately wasn't wearing a name tag . Only redeeming quality was she got my order right. She clearly hates her job and may also hate people. Highly recommend she seeks another job that is not customer facing. Bottom line is go if briana is serving you but not if the rude lady is. She ruined the experience.

I was charged $8.79 for a large iced tea and a small refresher. At first I thought this sounded a bit off but then I figured maybe the prices here increased like everywhere else. Then I looked it up the app...turns out I was charged a few dollars more than I should have paid. So, either they charged me for the wrong order in the drive-thru or someone is trying to make extra cash. I was not given a receipt.
