Contribuiți la feedbackI love buffets. from any reason it brings out the child in me. Buffets that are done right make fun, even if it alone dining room. that was my first visit, but not my last one. this restaurant not only has Chinese food, but also has South Home Heart . To be honest, this is the first restaurant I ever wanted to boast of the South Kitchen, so my opinion about the South Kitchen is of an extremely laien view. on the other hand, I would consider myself a master of the consumption of American Chinese food. the day I visited was a Thursday to lunch. I have tried almost every article in the Chinese section. I found every item to be unique in taste when compared to other items. since all items are not individually cooked to order as in a traditional restaurant, I was literally at the taste, texture and warmth of the meal. the chicken rolls and the hot sour suppe were so delicious that I went back for seconds. I have also sampled from the southern part and was thrilled to see such a variety of non-Chinese foods. most food, I did not realize that I used 'm more to southern california cooking). this concept of South food is a great option for family members who do not really care about Chinese. the food was also fresh and delicious. the fried chicken was excellent! I really enjoyed how they did simple things like kartoffel 's and wobble and made a tantalizing next-court. the salatable was complete with fresh vegetables on ice, everything was crisp. I have dined during the week and my total including softdrink was under $15 which I feel was a good value as it was a similar price point like other buffets, but with better food. When I was done, I really started to find a reason not to give them 5 stars. my whole dining experience from friendly staff to the great tasting dinner seemed a bit too easy, and maybe I missed something. then I realized I didn't try the sushi. I went to the sushi section, just to realize that there was one. I was disappointed, not least. many thanks to the staff of the day I went, their youngs rock and created a very memorable experience for this newly laid google guide. and, please remember to tap their server!
This buffet was divided between seafood and regular Chinese food. everything was tasty, except the water-grained bread and the dressing. service was excellent and very friendly staff.
I love this place and eat here every time I come to memphis! quality seafood, American food and Chinese food. in any case over ate, happy (and they don't weigh the togo plates)
That was great! everything was fresh. our server was in front of location. our glasses were never empty and the plates used were deleted. the lady room was clean, but very outdated, like the back room. I am sure there is a story about the yellow flowing walls, but it was too loud. I give him 5 especially for the service and eat. I wish I could have a 4.5 because of the decoration and noise. we will try it again, but perhaps in the middle of the week instead of on Sunday afternoon afternoon.
We decided to give this place a try today since it seemed to offer a variety of choices. It was a buffet with a table of Asian and a couple of tables of southern fried items. I am not for the meat, so it was a bit limited for me. I found some goodies and Lacey enjoyed it. I did enjoy 2 of the deserts very much and the hot and sour soup was very good. It was busy and not bad for what it was. I would suggest it to those with a love for the southern fried soul food with an Asian flare.
