Chick-fil-a - Memphis

This chick fil a on Union ave needs to get back to the way it was. My salad didn't have a whole filet. Workers out of uniform. Necessary condiments and cutlery missing and that's not just one visit to this location. Everything I patronize this location there is an issue.Food: 3/5

Food is ALWAYS great, hot and very fresh. This location is usually crowded, 20+ minute drive-thru wait but worth it. Service has slipped tremendously not as friendly or welcoming as in the past.

Service is terrible. Placed an online curbside pickup order. I got there and sat outside for a while, order status showed someone was on the way to bring order out. It took forever so I went inside and told cashier I was waiting on an order. She says there wasn't an order under my name showed her the confirmation she still said no order found. I asked other cashier and my order was right there sitting on the counter the whole time. Just a lack of customer service and customer care. Now my daughters lunch is over when all she had to do was pay attention and look.

Nasty!!! Serving old cold fries! They are hard as a brick. I won’t ever come back there! They wrong for this bs! It suppose to be chick fil a. Not MacDonalds!

Chick fil A on union is fantabulous! Lol they are so fast and they provide service with care. I love this location so much. I generally go there at least once a week just for the people I meet there You won’t be disappointed!P.S. Forever a customer
