Big Bill Bbq - Memphis

The ribs are average. the ribs were average according to most standards, because they were tender and sufficiently smoked. the grill sauce was immensely sweet, with what I think was hydrated with others. the sauce, together with a chip of dry rub, gave the ribs a decent taste. the grill spaghetti came mixed with tomatenschoten together with the sauce that was in order, but far from the best. also the baked beans were decent and overall it was good to eat. Although I would not put it in my top tens, big bill is a decent place to go to grill.

Great experience! Ordered carry-out rib-tip plate and smoked turkey leg with sauce on the side. Food was fresh perfectly seasoned without being salty or overcooked. Meat had a nice crisp on the outside and moist and juicy on inside. The food to-go presentation was nice and neat, side items were in separate containers so no messy run-off like other places. Understandably call in orders have to pay with card, in which I only pay in cash so we took a chance and placed the order in person expecting a long wait but very surprisingly the wait time was only 10 -15 mins max. Overall very great experience with Big Bills and we will be repeat customers.

The staff was very friendly and good spirited. This is a great, classic diner experience with reasonable prices. The barbecue was excellent. The only thing I would note is that while it was very good, the spaghetti was quite spicy. I would recommend this restaurant

The Turkey platter was incredibly delicious, and the hospitality was consistently top-notch.

I began dining at this restaurant two years ago, and I won’t consider eating at any other BBQ place except Big Bill's! The moment I caught a whiff of the BBQ smoke coming from the building, I knew the food would be amazing. Plus, the BBQ sandwiches are loaded with meat, no fat, and they’re very satisfying!
