Belltower Coffeehouse - Memphis

Creative faire from kitchen and baristas. Kitchen service slightly confusing rectified through a brief conversation. Perfect London Fog well balanced steep allowing me to savor the other flavors. Pesto toast is a must try.

I stopped for a coffee. The front desk person/barista was slow. She was chatting with a guy and was slowing wrapping up something, while o was waiting, lol! Maybe he was her crush! The coffeehouse looks cool. There was many tables and a lot of people were choking, and working. Clearly it’s the favourite spot of many people. I was alone, and the coffee was great. I didn’t sit for a much longer time. They have some brunch/breakfast/lunch items too. I’m planing to go back soon.

Nice place! Stepped in for a cappuccino and sandwich after flying into Memphis. Nice atmosphere for working, studying, or chatting with friends. Very pleasant staff!

Belltower used to be my favorite coffee spot in Memphis, and I used to drive far out of my way just to go for the awesome drinks and atmosphere. But they changed the hours to close at 3, which with my student schedule means I basically can never make it back into the shop before closing. This was one of two independent coffee shops in Memphis open in the 3-6pm window, and now I’m forced to study at a far worse business.
