Excessive wait times. They told me ‘couple of minutes’ after 15 mins checked again they said 5—10 minutes, eventually I got it after waiting for 35 minutes in the restaurant. From the time the order was placed to the pickup, it took one hour and 15 minutes.

Good stuff, be sure you mention doneness required, stay out of New York if you want spa level treatment….
