Dunkin' - Melville

I've been visiting this restaurant four times a week for the past three years, and I can honestly say there have been very few mistakes—just a handful, really. The staff, including the ladies and the two gentlemen, are always incredibly friendly, even when dealing with difficult customers from Melville. The service is quick, the location is fantastic, and everyone always seems genuinely happy to see me.

I'm not sure why this Dunkin' Donuts would ever receive a low rating. The coffee is consistently fresh and hot, and with a high turnover, the donuts are always fresh as well. The same staff members have been working here for at least five years and they truly put in a lot of effort. The service is quick and polite.

Fresh donuts here are a pleasant surprise for New York City's Dunkin' Donuts. However, you still can't find a DD that matches the taste of those from Michigan, and the coffee often tends to be either watered down or burnt. That said, this location is generally better than others in the city.
