110 Bagel Market Bistro - Melville

I visit this restaurant several times a month because the food is usually high quality. However, they have a tendency to make mistakes with orders when they are busy and may swap ingredients without informing you. This has happened to me more than once. Therefore, it is advisable to always double-check your order when ordering takeout.

The food is delicious, but the customer service is terrible. They are always rude and never answer the phone.

The bagels at this restaurant are very average and small. When compared to their local competition, they fall short in terms of quality and prices. The restaurant is also extremely unorganized and has a less than ideal ordering system. It appears that they could benefit from hiring more staff.

The food quality overall was good. The setup you have with ordering one line and paying in the other is good in theory but is so not working for you guys! I have never waited that long for 2 bagels and an egg sandwich in my life. I asked for utensils andgot forks. I guess I should have specified knife but thought this was obvious being that I got a 1/4 lb. of cream cheese. Therewas too much salt on the egg sandwich and ketchup on it even though I did not ask for this. Will def go somewhere else. Youcan?t have signs around about kindness and love as an excuse for incompetence.

Tried this place for the first time and it was quite underwhelming. I ordered the fried chicken breast panini and it was incredibly bland. The sandwich itself was big and looked delicious, however, it lacked flavor for something with cheese andbacon.
