Palio’s Pizza Café - Melissa

She insists on ordering through UberEats, where you can't choose the size of your pizza or the toppings! Whoever convinced her that this was a good idea was quite the salesperson. I can do better myself. I prefer ordering from Pizza Hut.

Ordered ahead for pizza delivery at 630. Had to call at 7 when there still wasn?t anything delivered. They said there aren?t enough drivers and that our foods been with the one driver they have for over 45min. Then he said that we live to far away for delivery in the future and when I called him out saying that we have had delivery from them 3 other times with no issues he went back to the shortage of drivers again. As expected we received cold pizza and Marcos has won over our business in the future. Only reason I gave two stars is because there pizza (when properly warm) is good. At least if they would have offered a discount or something for our inconvenience I would have given them another try but very poor customer service. Hope others will read this and shop elsewhere too. Glad your reply today was to offer a discount. Why not offer that last night when we called it takes a bad review for you to try and look good? If this doesn?t speak to their customer service or lack there of I don?t know what does?. No we would not like your coupon next time. There won?t be a next time. Thanks.

Palio's in Melissa offers fantastic service with quick and easy ordering. I received my food in under 30 minutes! Everything was fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend visiting Palio's!

Shelby, the manager, ensured that my order was handled correctly and that I was charged the appropriate amount, avoiding any unnecessary extras. I was specifically looking for a large portion of food rather than several small individual orders. Despite being relatively new and feeling a bit uncertain, she quickly found a way to accommodate my needs. She even called me about half an hour before my pick-up time the next day to clarify details and confirm that my order was being prepared. When I arrived, she had loaded my car with a generous amount of food, all of which was delicious! Shelby went above and beyond to take care of me, and I truly appreciate how friendly and hospitable everyone was, even though I know my order wasn't the simplest. I can't thank them enough!

Everything we ordered was delicious! We had no wait time to order, took hardly anytime to get our food, prices were decent, and the staff was phenomenal! We had never eaten here and was unsure about the menu items. The cashier was very helpful and spot on with her recommendations. My son has allot of food allergies and if they didn't immediately have an answer for our questions, they wasted no time in figuring it out and letting us know. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
