Zurouna South Yarra - Melbourne

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. They were understaffed and only had a limited menu available. The manager did not handle the situation well, appearing overwhelmed and being rude when I asked about the issues. The restaurant was empty, which should have been a red flag for us to leave, but we stayed out of pity and wanting to support the business.

Everything was great, but there was a very loud table behind us!

Such a great experience this morning, coffees were great, food looked beautiful and was delicious! Everyone in our great really enjoyed our experience. Atmosphere was vibing too!

Lengthy wait for a “booked” table, drinks came and waited for food, food came and drinks empty. Asked for drinks to have with out meal. Again, food finished and drinks came. NEED more staff and organisation/management to cope. Also a surcharge to pay and quite expensive

Lucky this one is my local. The coffee is great, the food is always delicious and the service is excellent. The new Truffle Hash dish was YUM!
