Contribuiți la feedbackThe traditional pizza at this cozy restaurant was incredible, and the eggplant melanaze and polenta chips were also delicious. The service was friendly and courteous. The only issue we had was that despite booking through The Fork for a 50% discount, we noticed afterwards that the full discount was not applied to our bill.
I had a fantastic experience at Zanini! Although the food took a little longer to come out and it seemed like they were short on staff, the service was still friendly and welcoming. We ordered the gnocchi, carbonara, mushroom, and margarita pizzas. The pasta dishes were not very impressive and the carbonara tasted more like Mac and cheese. However, the pizzas were outstanding. The crust was thin and chewy, and absolutely delicious. The margarita pizza was especially good, while the mushroom pizza could have used more toppings. The tiramisu was tasty, but the Nutella crepe was just okay. Overall, the pizzas alone would bring me back to Zanini for sure!
Beautiful restaurant, built right well in every detail. I was also in the other zanini where I had tried the best pizza I've ever tasted. Instead, I wanted to try the kitchen.I was impressed by the goodness of the products. From pasta, to sliced with mozzarella. All products of excellent quality. You can find excellent Italian wines. I've been with the whole family and we've been really good. We'll be back.
I really enjoyed the pasta and pizza at this restaurant, it was top-notch. The only thing I would suggest is to dim the lighting for a more intimate ambiance, as it was quite bright. Other than that, everything was awesome!
Quite possibly the best and most authentic pizza in Melbourne. Amazing food, great service, great location – this place is an absolute must. <br/ <br/ The interior is really clean and crisp, I liked the modern feel to the venue with the neon sign (you wanna pizza me? – of course I want a pizza!! and the lighting was great! We had an aranciata rossa and an aperol spritz to drink which were the perfect way to start off our Italian feast. We had the polenta chips, the gnocchi alla sorentina, the burrata pizza and a tiramisu. <br/ <br/ The polenta chips were really well seasoned with rosemary, and the gorgonzola sauce was delicious (would have been nice to have a little more gorgonzola because it was so good! . The gnocchi were softer than clouds, and were basically falling apart when we picked them up. The sauce was also delicious and rich and paired well with the bufala which provided a creaminess to the dish. The pizza was heaven – there’s no other way to describe it. The burrata paired with the rocket, balsamic glaze and the thin woodfired crust of the pizza was delightful. For dessert we had the tiramisu which was very creamy and not too strong, it was the perfect way to end our meal. <br/ <br/ This was probably one (if not THE BEST Italian pasta/pizza/general dining experience I’ve had in Melbourne. I felt like I was in Italy so I am very impressed and cannot wait to return!!
