Sargon Food Coffee - Melbourne

The price for a slice of cake was absolutely outrageous. The cake itself was overly sweet and lacked any real flavor—just sweetness. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 and the service a 2.

I cannot recommend this restaurant, particularly for those who are immune-compromised. Last week, I visited with a family member who has recently recovered from chemotherapy and other cancer treatments, and we discovered worms in the sandwiches after the first bite—still alive and wriggling. I was very disappointed by the poor food handling and safety standards, especially considering that this café is affiliated with the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre.

Fantastic hot chocolate; made specially super hot to warm up my freezing hands. Came back for a coffee later and it was just as delicious. Staff were all sweethearts. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–20
