Contribuiți la feedbackI have been coming to this restaurant for five years now and the pho is the best I've ever had! I always order the beef and brisket, it's truly amazing.
Taste great and very generous with the beef. Will come back again with family.
I thoroughly enjoyed the rare beef pho. The broth was delicious and the ingredients tasted very fresh. Great value for the price!
I opted for the small beef combination pho and it was the perfect size for me. It didn't come out as hot as I would like it but there was heaps of meat and the noodles had a nice texture. I'm giving it a 4/5 as I prefer a lighter/less salty broth because I like drinking heaps of it
I was traveling through Richmond and decided to make a quick stop for an early lunch at 11:30 am. Normally, I always go to the same two places that serve pretty good pho, but this time I decided to be adventurous and try a new spot. Pho Chu Che was a pleasant surprise and I'm happy to say it's now on my list of favorite pho restaurants in Richmond. Location: Pho Chu Che is located on the bustling Victoria Street, right at the corner of Church Street. The restaurant is of a decent size, though it's a bit dark due to a black mural wall. However, upon closer inspection, the wall features cute drawings of an open fresh food/wet market. The menu is displayed on the wall, with a large menu on the right-hand side for a full selection. Service: The staff at Pho Chu Che provided very friendly and prompt service. I felt comfortable and not rushed. Despite it only being 11:30 am on a Thursday, there were already five tables of customers. Menu/Price: The menu at Pho Chu Che is simple, focusing mainly on pho. The menu is divided into Pho Bo (Rice Noodle Soup with beef) and Pho Ga (Rice Noodle Soup with chicken). Pho is available in three sizes: - Small: $11.00 - Medium: $13.00 - Large: $16.00 The only other entree available is Pork Spring Rolls for $9.90. They also offer an extensive drinks menu. Verdict: I decided to go with a small bowl of sliced beef and brisket pho for $11.00. I was tempted to get the medium size since I was a bit hungry, but I opted for the small and it was just the right amount. The pho already had pickled onion in it, which paired nicely with the basil and bean sprouts. There was also a container of pickled onion on the table, which was a nice touch. The soup was the star of the show, with a clear and light yet distinct flavor. I finished everything in the bowl, including the delicious soup. The sliced beef was fresh and the portion was generous. The brisket was a pleasant surprise, with large slices that were thick. Overall, the amount of meat in the pho was impressive.
