Pho Chu The - Melbourne

The name should give away that this is a pho shop ☺️ We had a chicken pho and a beef pho. Waiters although uptight accommodating and pleasant enough. The quality if the pho was fantastic, noodles cooked perfectly with enough chicken / beef. Soups were $12 each.

The service was quick the dishes were limited I had it highly recommended to me I was a little bit disappointed because I thought they had better variety of Vietnamese food other than just soup with noodles . I was a little disappointed because I added too much chilli and it made it hot but with the added lemon juice it took some of the spice away . Toilet very dirty floors are very Greasey and I would Not recommend this place . Score out of 10 i'll give it a three won't go back

We live locally and only focussing on Pho s, with kids we' ve gone elsewhere nearby. All impressed with the clean flavour and nice platter of extras. Had to wait 5 minutes for a table as all taken which speaks for itself.... quick service so would go again.

I expected a lot and chose between Pho Hung Vuong. At last, we decided to eat Pho Chu as a blogger recommended, which let us down so much...The soup wasn't tasty at all, so we could only add a lot of lemon juice inside to make it better. The pho was over cooked. The beef wasn't really delicious, didn't even finish them.

I have eaten Pho here for breakfast, for lunch and for dinner...not all on the same day though ;-)I have never been disappointed in over 50 visits and the Pho is always hot, fresh and flavoursome. The meat is always fresh and tasty and they give a very generous serving of herbs and bean shoots.This is my go to for Pho, especially if I'm unwell and need a good hearty Soup to make me feel better.
