Contribuiți la feedbackThis restaurant offered a very underwhelming 'banquet' experience with small portions, mediocre flavors, and the use of low-quality ingredients. The kitchen's performance was disappointing and the bill was excessive. It was a letdown to find out that only one small panna cotta was meant to be shared by two people. I left feeling cheated and needing a satisfying meal at home.
A early dinner saw us seated in a very quiet restaurant. The staff were friendly and explained the menu, so we could make our choices to suit our appetite. We ordered 2 different share plates entrees and a main to share, and this was a perfect amount. The dishes were served one after the other, not too quickly, so we could enjoy each dish without rushing. The food was delicious. We had the haloumi and then the white bait, which were both so tasty. And we had the lamb for a main course. Succulent and delicious. Thanks for squeezing us in, it was great!
The restaurant was once wonderful, so we were excited to give it another try. However, we were disappointed to find that the food was just okay, portions were small, and prices were too high. The decor was outdated, the staff seemed disinterested, and the restaurant could use a makeover. In a strange turn of events, a staff member got into a heated argument with customers nearby, displaying irrational behavior that made me question their mental state. We couldn't wait to finish our meal and leave. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place unless you are extremely hungry and have no other options.
Just a great place to have some authentic Lebanese food .We ordered the dips and the falafel as appetizers and they were full of flavors and delicious .As our main course , we got the slow cooked lamb and the taboulé which were also very yummy and well seasoned .The service was also great and the place was very clean .We'd definitely go back there again next time we're in Melbourne ...
I had such high hopes coming here for dinner but was really disappointed. They were very busy on a Wednesday night in January with only two staff on (poor guys!) but no acknowledgement when I walked in, in fact I stood there for a while wondering how this was going to work! Mezz was ok - silverbeet rolls and lamb sausages were delicious. Deep fried haloumi had no flavour whatsoever. The main dish of calamari on cous cous lacked flavour. Not even a middle eastern spice to speak of, just bland.
